這次的事件真的是讓我對韓國人的印象再度減分

上禮拜我才說到客服回覆我說有兩項東西找不到

今天就收到mail說賣家因商品已斷貨無法出貨

那之前追蹤記錄上已出貨是騙人的囉??!!

mail的內容如下:
(英韓文都一樣內容,基本上大家應該都只看得懂英文所以只貼出英文,有學過韓文的就另當別論啦~)

This is from Gmarket global customer center.
Item(s) you've ordered is automatically cancelled by the seller due to out of stock now.

If you pay for it...
By Cash/CashBalance/Paypal, your money will be refunded into cash balance of Gaccount.
By VISA/MASTER credit card or Paypal Express Checkout, your money will be refunded to the same payment method which you used.

However if you made payment using other credit card, you need to do repayment process to get refund your money by credit card .
Please access homepage> My Gmarket> Shopping List> Cancellation/Return.
And click button so that you can do "repayment" process.
If you can successfully cancel the order, you will get an "order cancelled" message.
But as your card is overseas card, you might have errors for repayment process.
So you should use the card which you used first.
If you keep facing the problem again, please email us ASAP.
Sometimes repyament of foreign credit card does not work. In that case you can get refund into cash balance of Gaccount.
If you want to get refund into your Gaccount, please let us know.

是當外國人看不懂韓文所以就來這招嗎?

是不知道有種叫翻譯軟體的東西嗎??

是不知道Gmarket可以查詢貨物狀況嗎??

還是韓國賣家不知道有英文介面這回事?!

KOREAN腦袋到底在想啥啊!!!
