最近的gmarket好像有點狀況

話說我7/14下了一筆訂單,賣家也很配合的很快就出貨

我看了記錄預估7/17會全部到達集貨中心然後寄EMS

最快19日就可以收到~

怪的是...............

我18日查狀態在"EMS寄送包裝中"  

19日  "EMS寄送包裝中"  

20日仍是"EMS寄送包裝中"  

耐安ㄋㄟ

我買了那麼多次還是頭一次遇到這狀況

於是....我又耐心的多等了幾天

到了22號仍然是"EMS寄送包裝中"  

我覺得很奇怪

於是就mail給客服

客服回我說因為有東西delay了

我分別從網頁上的客服表單反應了一次然後自己又用mail另外寄給客服

很奇怪的是...有兩個版本的答覆ㄝ~~

客服表單上的答覆如下

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using Gmarket,

The seller of transactions 709003601~2 forgot to send one of the item.

The seller sent the package out using regular mail, that's why its

taking some time. It shoulnd't take that long until we get the package.

We sincerely thank you for your patience,

Sincerely,


然後用mail寄的則是這樣回我

Dear Customer
 
We are deeply sorry for the delay.
 
The overseas shipping process is being delayed since 2 items(transaction no. 709003603~4) have not been checked at warehouse.
 
We are searching for the trace of them at the moment.
 
We deeply apologize for your inconvenience this may cause and if you don't see any change within 3 business days please contact us again.

東西為什麼會沒check到???真是奇怪.....ㄋㄟ

我這麼有耐心G客服應該慶幸沒遇到"奧客"吧

反正就再等三天看看囉~還好只有兩千多台幣

三天再沒有我應該就會寫信去罵人了~
