除了針對賣家亂寄東西的問題以外
還有一個我想是個好消息,有機會不用再看蝌蚪文看到頭暈了~
這位海外部人員表示他們將在英文版面推出折扣及coupon,
他們應該會更積極拓展海外這一塊商機吧~

Well, first of all, if you have any fault or defective on your item.
Please send to global@gmarket.co.kr the picture of the item with order information (i.e. transaction no. and User ID)
We investigate with given information and if it is mistaken by the seller then we fully refund to our customer!
Also, all selling items from Gmarket are NEW products! Even if the seller mentioned it is used item.
If you suspicious on the item used, also report to us! We will figure it out!
Furthermore, near in the future we will include discount coupon function in Gmarket English.
Hope you could more enjoy shopping with Gmarket English site, its more convenience for non native Korean speakers!
