很意外的, Gmarket 海外部人員無意間看到了我的無名

在mail中表示他是海外部的人員,想要了解我使用Gmarket的心得(不是客服信箱喔~)

在我回覆完第二封信時,我突然想起了版上許多網友遇到的惡劣賣家

於是,我寫了第三封mail  (我英文不好 請大家湊合著看吧^^")



I have some qusetion and wish your Global Operation Dep. should pay attention to this issue.
 
I think your Global Operation Dep. have  known the foreign consumers some of the problems encountered.
 
So far, I have good shopping experience at gmarket.
 
But I know some consumers of Taiwan are like to shop at Gmarket, and their shopping experience is not good !
 
Because some of the unscrupulous seller sent the shoes have been used, it is not new one !
 
and sent the wrong goods.
 
It is no matter to send the wrong goods,
 
but send the goods have been used , we can not accept.
 
They can't be do this,  just because of  the foreign consumers can't  return or  exchange goods.
 
This will have to damaged the international image of  Korea.
 
 
I will shop again at gmarket ! ^^
