海外部人員已回信給我
yiyu0204和aquad520的狀況應該都是因為誤按了"order received"按鍵才造成的,
他已通知賣家將訂單中的物品出貨

She clicked on “order received” button on every purchased item on 5th Apr. 7:07pm.
Due to that, sellers had not shipped out her ordered items.
I also sent message to sellers who did not yet shipped out her ordered items.
It might be taking 2-3 business days til delivered to our warehouse.

She clicked on “order received” button on 19th Apr. 3:14pm which is not yet arrived in our warehouse.
Due to that the seller can not noticed that her order submitted.
Please try not to click on “order received” button before you’ve received package!
So her entire items can not ship out because of her mistake.
I sent message to the seller about this problem happened, so they will ship the item within 2-3 days.
I hope she could receive the package sooner or later.
下單完之後在你收到東西之前都不要去按"order received"鍵
不然就會有訂單消失的問題

最近很多版友反應遇到Gmarket訂單上很嚴重的問題
不是訂了沒有收到東西，就是訂單消失了
請有上面這些問題的朋友請以悄悄話留言
告訴我你的狀況，並給我你的Gmarket - ID以及下單日期
有訂單編號的請一併附上訂單編號
你遇到的問題越詳細越好
包括你是否已經mail問過客服，是否收到回信，客服的人如何處理的
請版友給我你的ID及密碼，我會進去了解一下是什麼情況
然後把你們的問題統整後，mail給海外部的人
